PRODIGY'S ASCENTION STORY Part of Prodigy's Ascension, a children's book I am working on. This piece reveals his floatation invention for the first time to the elders. Atwon named it Arnion. Later it gets coupled with a translation device. This is later adapted for use in a jet bike in Emerald City. PERSONAL INSIGHT I am focusing on how each one of the elders reacts to the invention of this small unassuming boy MY PROCESS At the time of this painting I was trying to refine my ability to render believable people.
